I believe in strength training, to me this means having a baseline of strength to perform everyday tasks to having a foundation to build on during your fitness journey.

Relative intensity and variance is key in training, that includes gaining strength, becoming more explosive and challenging ourself aerobically during our conditioning efforts.

Fitness is freedom. Training in the gym builds both mental and physical strength that will set you up for success day to day.
